These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through benett-london.com (the "Website"), operated by Obra & Co., trading as Benett London.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.

4. ORDERING

By clicking "Add to Cart" and completing checkout, you are making a binding offer to purchase the product(s). Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. in the event of a pricing error or stock issue). In such cases, you will be fully refunded.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. DELIVERY

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) and applicable European regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return any item within 60 days of receipt, without giving any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are covered by Benett London for all exchanges and returns within 60 days.

Refunds are processed within 10-30 business days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at contact@benett-london.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website (logos, images, text, design) is the property of Obra & Co. / Benett London and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benett London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for customers based in the United Kingdom, and by French law for customers based in the European Union, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
